If you need to build your own USB 2.0 hub, or embed one into your own enclosure then this Four port USB Hub Breakout Board from PMD Way with free delivery solves the problem. 

Everything you need for a four port USB 2.0 hub is on the PCB, except USB connectors and external power if you want to draw more than the host can provide on the 5V rail. 

Using the breakout board is easy, all the pins for power and data, etc., are neatly labelled on the rear.

PCB measures 29.4 x 18.7mm.
