It's a neat DIN-rail mounted bracket that holds your Mega, and all the pins are brought out to screw terminal blocks, and plenty of space to access the Mega's USB socket. 

Suitable for DIN35 and 45 rail types. Constructed from VO grade flame-retardant materials.
