Everything you need to know about shipping and delivery:
- Standard delivery is free. Free. No extra charge.

- Orders are sent from China, Hong Kong and/or Australia.
- Please double-check your address before completing your order. If you enter the wrong address, we cannot alter delivery once the package has left the warehouse.
- Please be sure of what you're ordering. Don't rush, and if you have any questions - ask us before ordering. Once you have placed and paid for an order online, it cannot be cancelled.
- Please ensure a parcel can be safely left at your address on any day of the week. Our delivery partners work 7 days a week. If your address is closed on the weekend, please use a different address.
- Once your order is shown as "delivered" or "left at address", etc., we are not responsible for the package if it is stolen or damaged. That is, we don't insure you against porch pirates, mail-stealing bears, and other nefarious characters.
- Orders containing more than one different item may ship separately.
- A link to your tracking details is emailed to you once your items have been shipped. If you can't find this, please check your spam folder or email support@pmdway.com. You can also locate tracking detail links and order information through the My Account page.
- Delivery time to your country can vary - and can range from around seven to fourteen days in most cases up to four or more weeks in rare situations.
- Li-Po batteries can take three to four weeks due to the special nature of their possible hazards.
