PMD Way 2024 Update - a greater range and better pricing is only the beginning

Welcome to PMD Way

Here we are in 2024 - our seventh year of business and we're truly astounded when looking back to see how things have changed in our world and the electronics industry in particular. 

However one constant during that time is that everyone in our world, from electronics enthusiasts, "makers", and hobbyists through to manufacturers and businesses in the electrical and electronics field  - everyone is still needing great value, quality, customer service and a supplier that they can rely on. 

And that is the goal here at PMD Way and Tronixlabs (our parent company) - to meet those needs. To become your "electronics supermarket" of sorts, that delivers.

We've spent the last four months working behind the scenes - with suppliers, logistics and delivery organizations and also listening to customer feedback - to be better for you. 

Improved Pricing

Thanks to product shortages due to the COVID-19 outbreaks, the price of many products kept creeping up over the last few years. However after the markets returned to a new normal, we finished a review of every single product in our store and changed the price when necessary. Over 90% of products have decreased in price, and delivery is still free with every order.

If you need a large volume of items, or are considering placing a larger order in general, we encourage you to contact us first to allow us to give you a quote.  Simply email support@pmdway.com with the details of what you need, how many you want and your delivery country. 

Improved Range

We already have over four thousand products when you take variants into account of some products, and are on a constant mission to add more products on a daily basis. You can learn about those by checking with our New Product page, or follow us on the variety of social media platforms linked at the bottom of this message to learn about new items as they are added to our store. 

Improved Delivery

Delivery is still free for all orders. You don't need to worry about delivery when adding items to your cart. It's free. It's the one thing you don't have to think about. 

And thanks to improved logistics and using better carriers, we can now offer faster delivery by default to most countries - which is usually less than fourteen calendar days. All orders also include tracking so you can see where your order is. 

Unfortunately due to global events and local laws, there are some countries and places we cannot deliver to. This includes PR China, Macau, Cuba, russia (including russian-invaded and illegally-occupied places such as Ukraine's Crimea), Belarus, Iran, South Sudan, DPR (North) Korea, Myanmar, Syria, and a few other places.

Due to special circumstances, we can deliver to the following as listed below.

• Hong Kong - however they will need to be trans-shipped via Australia, and we'll require payment via TT. Email us to order. 
• Brazil - however you will need to pay via TT. Email us to order. 
• India - however you will need your own freight agent outside of India to receive the parcel(s), you will need to pay via TT. Email us to order. 

New Learning Center

We have started writing new tutorials and instructions for various products, and these will be published once completed on a regular basis. Once again, keep an eye on our site or social media to learn about new tutorials. This is on top of our product support, so you can always email us about your products for help and guidance.
