The four red buttons are wired as normal tactile buttons, and have pull-up resistors in their circuits. Simply connect 5V or 3.3V to the pins in the "KEY B" group, and the buttons' outputs are S1 to S4. The buttons are active HIGH - that is when you press a button, the output will change from HIGH to LOW.
The LEDs are also in an active HIGH configuration. Connect up to 5V to the Vcc pin in the "LED" group, and each LED's pin (D1~D8) to your board's digital outputs. When an output is HIGH, the LED is off. When the output is LOW, the LED is on.
