We have a constant mission of locating and offering new, interesting, and useful items of interest for electronics enthuisasts to professionals - anyone interested in making things.
PMD Way was founded by three electronics enthusiasts, two electronics retail management and sourcing wizards, and one accountant.

How do I pay for an order?
You can use American Express, MasterCard, PayPal, Visa, or Apple Pay in our super-secure checkout.
When will my order arrive?
Your order should arrive within ten days to four weeks at the latest. If your order has two or more different items, they may be sent separately as they come from different suppliers.
I need something yesterday!
We can get you a quote for delivery using air courier such as DHL. Email us the exact items you want (copy the product SKU in your email) and the destination country to firstname.lastname@example.org.
How can I track my order?
Tracking details are emailed to you once your items have been sent. You can also locate tracking detail links and order information through the My Account page.
Alternatively, if you have your tracking number handy, it can be entered in our order tracking page.
What is the product warranty?
Warranty length depends on the item. If a product page doesn't specifically mention a duration, the default is 90 days. However some items (such as multimeters) can have warranty periods of two years.
Overall we apply a common-sense approach to warranty and faulty products. This is based on how long one would normally expect a product to last for in a certain situation. We want you to be happy and for your project to work well.
Something isn't right...
All you need to do is tell us - simply email email@example.com with a concise description of the situation, and we'll do our best to take care of you. We may go through a troubleshooting process to determine if something if faulty with you before taking action on returns.
Are you hiring?
We expect to hire additional staff in the future, including customer service representatives, article and tutorial authors, and so on. We will advertise when necessary using social media below.
Where are you located?
Our main office is located in Hong Kong, and your order will ship out from Hong Kong or Shenzhen, China.
