Support is available for all products from PMD Way. However you may have some questions, not be too sure about something, or your product is playing up or just doesn't work.
That's OK - it happens to all of us at one time or another, and we're here to help.

Please check the product page first, as it will contain links to all sorts of information if available. You can find links to all the products you have ordered via the order pages in your My Account page.

"I've bought something and it doesn't work!"
Send us a detailed email describing what is happening - or not happening - and we'll get you on your way or look after you with a replacement or refund. We may go through a troubleshooting process to get you going or to determine faults.
Can you write some code for me?
We will not write your code or do your homework for you ... however we will offer you links to the information or guides you need to move forward with your project if possible.
"I bought this from another store... can you help me?"
First, check our product page for the item you have. Failing that, sure, send us an email ... however if we're busy or if you've asked a complex question don't be offended if we can't help you at the speed of light. Complex enquiries will require the purchase of the item.
Spare Parts
If you need a spare part for something purchased from PMD Way, such as a soldering iron tip or heater barrel, please email support@pmdway.com with your original order number or product SKU/part number and your part requirements.
If you are not happy about anything at all - please tell us. We will work to solve your problem.
