With a few external components you have an annoying siren! The module drives an 8 Ohm speaker up to 2W.
You need a small speaker as described above, an NPN transistor (S8050 or similar), and a 200K 1/4 resistor. These are connected as shown below. Power is 3~4.5V DC.
