If you're working with PLC gear or just need to translate some higher-voltage signals down to 5V for your development board, this 24V To 5V 8 Channel Isolated Level Converter from PMD Way does the job.
It accepts up to eight 24V DC signals and outputs a matching 5V high or low. Outputs are electrically isolated thanks to onboard optocouplers, leaving your target unit safely isolated from the 24V DC.
The board has a maximum conversion frequency of 20 kHz.
