Build a child-friendly MP3 player with Arduino
After being inspired by an expensive commercial childrens' MP3 player, Redditor “DerThes” decided to make their own and turned to the Arduino platform for a solution.
They've used some basic electronics along with a custom keypad PCB to create a player that's easy to use, and also can be operated by users of any age. We especially appreciate the lovely wooden enclosure, which gives it that homely childrens' toy appearance:
However there is more than kids' music. By pressing a combination of buttons, the player can access 99 albums and be operated in an adults' mode as well. Very tricky!
