How to track your delivery

When your package has been sent from stock, our system will send you an email from support@pmdway.com, which looks like this:

If you can't find it, check your email system's "spam" (etc) folder for email from support@pmdway.com.

Once you have the email open, click the "View your order" button, and you'll be taken to a store page with your order details:

You can track your shipment two ways. The simplest way is to click the tracking number which is just below the order number on the screen (circled above) and you'll be taken to the detailed tracking page:

Or if you're a frequent online shopper, you can use Shopify's shopping app, available for Android and iOS.
