Want to record or read data from a memory card with your Arduino? Not sure which card type to use? Then order this SD and microSD TF Card Shield for Arduino from PMD Way.

This shield is assembled and ready-to-use. Hardware for both full-sized SD cards AND micro SD cards is fitted to the shield, along with level converters and a switch to select between your host Arduino board's operating voltage - 3.3V or 5V.

If you are new to using SD cards with Arduino, check out the SDfat library for Arduino by Bill Greiman. We prefer this as it handles cards formatted for both FAT16 (under 2GB) and FAT32 (over 2GB).
