Great value AVR ISP STK500 Compatible Programmer from PMD Way. It supports all AVR devices with ISP and TPI interfaces. 

Using this programmer (which is support by AVR Studio 4 to 7) you can program flash and EEPROM, fuses and lock bits in a jiffy.

Uses AVRISP MkII firmware and supports automatic upgrades to support future devices. The ISP programming speed is adjustable up to 8 MHz and the PC interface is fully USB 2.0 compliant. 

Programmer power is supplied by the PC's USB bus. The USB cable, 10 pin IDC cable and the 6 to 10 pin converter are all included.
