Easily harness five buttons for gaming or control for your microcontroller or other platform with this Five Button Gaming Style Analog Output Breakout Board from PMD Way. 

This board has the buttons wired in with resistors to create a different output voltage depending on which button is pressed, so your host platform will need to have an ADC (Analog to Digital Converter).

Simply connect the supply voltage (up to 5VDC) to the Vcc pin, platform GND to GND and the OUT pin to your platform's ADC input.
