Detect the passage of people or objects with this neat Photoelectric Laser Beam Sensor set from PMD Way. 

One end has a laser, which is detected by the other end - the signal receiver. You can have a gap of up to 20 metres. Once beam is broken, signal is generated or stopped depending on your configuration of receiver module, either NO (Normally Open) or NC (Normally Closed) switch type.

Operating voltage between 12 and 24V DC.
