Easily measure wind direction with this sensor from PMD Way.
This sensor outputs an analog DC voltage that is relevant to the direction. Your microcontroller or other device needs an analog to digital input. You then calcualte the wind direction as follows:
Wind direction value (degrees) = (output voltage - 0.4) / 16 x 360
Output voltage falls between 0.4 and 2V DC.
