They're a nice double-sided board full of 2.54mm/0.1" pitch holes that are indexed in both axes for easy use. And if you want to save time - you can select from unsoldered inline pins, unsoldered stacking headers or soldered stacking headers. And a reset button is also included and fitted as per the headers.
