Update - June 2025
Hello American friends,
Until your government reduces the new tariffs/fees/duties/taxes to something sensible - or removes them and reverts the import situation to as it was in April, we are sad to say that we will no longer accept any online orders for delivery to the United States.
Why?
At the time of writing this, the US is taxing imports of items from China and Hong Kong priced up to $800 at a rate of 30% of their value or charge a per postal item fee on goods entering after May 2 of $100 - whatever is higher.
These amounts are changing every few weeks, however they're all quite punitive.
And this also applies to anyone else who ships from China or Hong Kong such as Shein, Temu, a lot of eBay sellers, etc.
At this time, we're not entirely sure exactly how these charges will be calculated or collected from you, we're only using information from the White House.
We don't think this is fair to you (or tenable in the long run), however to save customers being exposed to the extra charges that would be applied to a delivery, we're deactivating online orders from the United States until, hopefully, the situation changes.
If you're from the USA and would still like to order items, we'll manually process orders over US$200 if you're happy to pay for your order via international wire transfer. You will also need to pay whatever fees and charges are applied for entry to the USA.
If you'd like to do this, please email support@pmdway.com with your name, address, telephone number and the items and quantity you'd like. We'll reply with our bank details then send you tracking details once the goods have been sent.
We are still, of course, providing warranty and technical support to all our American customers.
If this situation changes in your favour, we will once again be open to online orders from the USA as soon as possible
