DC and Stepper Motor HAT for Raspberry Pi
Easily control up to four DC motors or two unipolar/bipolar stepper motors with this neat DC and Stepper Motor HAT for Raspberry Pi from PMD Way.
This board contains four H-bridges, each providing 1.2A per bridge (3A peak) with thermal shutdown protection, and contain internal kickback protection diodes.
Board can run motors on DC5V to DC12V with 8-bit PWM speed selection.
The two stepper moptors can have a single coil, double coil, interleaved or micro-stepping. Wiring to the motors is via large terminal block connectors that can take wire between 18~26AWG, along with another pair for external DC power.
Furthermore the shield also has an infra-red receiver, ideal for remote-control robotics projects.
