Now available from PMD Way is the useful DHT22 digital temperature and humidity sensor. This is the higher-precision version of the popular DHT11 sensor, but still as easy to use.

The DHT22 measures temperature between -40 and 80 degrees Celsius, and humidity between 0 and 100%. You can use the DHT22 with almost any platform, see the links below. 

For the best results, this should be used in areas that have some airflow. Also known as the AM2302.

Using the options menu you can select between the bare sensor, or the sensor mounted on a nice PCB.
