Turn a 20 or 24 pin ATX power supply into a useful fixed and variable output bench power supply with this neat ATX Power Supply Breakout Board from PMD Way. 

Arriving fully-assembled, it's plug-and-play with the power outputs easily accessed via 4mm banana-type sockets:

Along with the variable output, there's a 5V USB power socket, 3.3V, 5V and 12V DC outputs. A digital voltmeter is onboard for monitoring along with a convenient power switch.
