When you need a new Raspberry Pi 3B+ with display setup, order this great value bundle from PMD Way.
Everything you need to get started is included except for a keyboard and mouse. Each bundle includes:
- Raspberry Pi 3B+
- 3.5" touch LCD display with stylus
- ABS plastic enclosure perfectly designed for the included display
- AC DC 5.1V 2.5A power supply with inline power switch for your region
- 32GB microSD card
- USB to microSD card socket adaptor
- Triple heatsink kit to keep your Pi cool
When assembling the bundle, apply the included black pad over the Ethernet socket to avoid shorting with the display, for example:
The install drivers for LCD from the command line (you'll need to use a regular monitor to do this):
- sudo rm -rf LCD-show
- git clone https://github.com/goodtft/LCD-show.git
- chmod -R 755 LCD-show
- cd LCD-show/
- sudo ./LCD35-show
- then wait for system to reboot. You can now return to assembly
The included microSD card has a version of NOOBs installed, however this may not be the most up-to-date as the software changes often. You can download the latest version from the Raspberrry Pi download page.
