Now available from PMD Way are these excellent, quality larger LCD modules for situtions where you need something large than a typical LCD.
Displays are four lines of twenty characters, with a character height of 9.75mm - much larger than the 5mm or so of other displays.
Interface is via typical HD44780-compatible parallel connections. They are 5V tolerant and perfect for your Arduino or other projects.
