Now available from PMD Way are these fully-assembled protoshields for Arduino Mega R3 boards. 

These are the best we could find, not only do they have all the stacking headers attached, there's also a red, blue, and green LED for your own use along with a user button and a space to solder your own SMD SOIC part if required. 

The LEDs and buttons are brought out to through-hole pads, so you can solder your own links to connect them to you required I/O pins. 

Furthemore, the protoshields includes a bonus 400-point solderless breadboard for rapid prototyping. And as always with PMD Way, free delivery - worldwide.
