Now available from PMD Way is the excellent AM2320 digital temperature and humidity sensor. This looks just like a DHT22 or DHT11 - but uses the I2C bus. And to make life easier, it supports longer I2C runs up to 20m. 

Furthermore the sensor is enclosed in an easily-mountable case with external wiring for ease of installation. 

Specifications:

  • I2C bus address is 0x5C
  • Operating voltage can be 3.3V or 5V DC
  • Accuracy: 3% humidity, 0.5 degrees C temperature
