Si5351 Clock Generator Breakout Board - SMA Connectors
Now available from PMD Way is this useful Si5351 Clock Generator Breakout Board with SMA connectors. It has a precision 25MHz crystal reference and internal PLL with dividers so it can generate almost any frequency, from below 8kHz to 150 MHz and greater.
The Si5351A clock generator is an I2C controller clock generator. It uses the onboard precision clock to drive multiple PLL's and clock dividers using I2C instructions.
By setting up the PLL and dividers you can create precise and arbitrary frequencies. There are three independent outputs, and each one can have a different frequency. Outputs are 3Vpp, either through a breadboard-friendly header or, for RF work, an optional SMA connector.
The board is both 3.3V and 5V compatible for power and logic. Inline header pins are included but not soldered to the board.
The SMA connectors on the outputs are not connected nor soldered to the board.
