Bluetooth Audio Receiver Preamp with MP3 Decoder and Remote Control

Easily add the latest quality Bluetooth streaming and audio file playback to your amplifier or powered speakers with this Bluetooth Audio Receiver Preamp with MP3 Decoder and Remote Control from PMD Way.

Using the latest VLSI technology this board can receive and decode digital audio in the following formats:

• lossless FLAC
• WAV
• WMA
• MP3

These can be sourced from a USB stick (thumb drive) or microSD card with a capacity of up to 32GB. Or you can stream audio directly from a Bluetooth audio device, such as an iPhone, iPad or Android phone.

And if that isn't enough music choice, the boad includes an FM radio receiver and the whole thing can be controlled via the included infra-red remote control. To use the radio you need to solder a length of wire to the pad on the board, around one metre in length. 

Audio output from the decoder board is via a 3.5mm stereo audio jack, ideal for direct headphone connection or with an audio cable to your amplifier or powered speakers.

The board is powered via 5V DC which can be a direct connection or from a USB power source such as that for an Android phone.
