These PCB test points from PMD Way are ideal for making contact with holes on a PCB without soldering (but you could if you wanted to). They easily clip into the PCB drill holes and give you a simple test point for multimeter probes, alligator clips and more. 

The colored insulation around the test points has a diameter slightly less than 0.1"/2.54mm so you can use them in a row on regular PCB designs.

PCB test points are sold in bags of 300.
