If you need to add external circuitry to your Raspberry Pi Model B+ or 3/2 Model B then this Prototyping Board for Raspberry Pi from PMD Way is for you.

All the GPIO contacts are brought out to 0.1" pitch header sockets as well as screw terminal blocks. There's also a SOIC-16 breakout area for use with surface-mount ICs and four extra screw terminals that you can connect your board's circuit to for external wiring.

You will need to solder the 2x20 female header to the board.
