Easily expand and experiment using a Raspberry Pi Pico with this neat Quad GPIO Expander from PMD Way. 

This board accepts your Pi Pico in the middle, and duplicates the GPIO on each side of the board. Pinouts are neatly labelled for your convenience, and a USB connection is in the left-hand breakout as well. Board arrives fully assembled.
