Chronodot-compatible DS3231SN Real Time Clock Module

Now available from PMD Way is this great value Chronodot-compatible DS3231SN Real Time Clock Module. 

This is an extremely accurate real time clock module, based on the DS3231 temperature compensated real-time clock IC. You need to add your own CR1632 coin cell (not included) to keep the time accurate during power-off or reset situations. 

Thanks to the internal crystal and tuning capacitors, the DS3231 can maintain excellent accuracy within the operating temperatures. You can plug this into a solderless breadboard if you have soldered the included header pins. 

Thanks to the I2C interface you can us your RTC with a wide range of development platforms.
