0603 0805 1206 SMD LEDs Red White Green Blue Yellow

Now available from PMD Way are smaller packs of 0603, 0805 and 1206 size surface-mount LEDs. Ideal for when you don't want a full reel. 

Select your required size, color and quantity using the drop-down options menu. 

All LEDs sold in packs of 100.

• 0603 (1.6mm x 0.8mm)
• 0805 (2.0mm x 1.2mm)
• 1206 (3.2mm x 1.6mm)

General specifications:

• Red 100-120nm; 1.8-2.0V @ 20mA 
• Blue 120-150nm; 3.0-3.2V @ 20mA 
• Green 400-500nm; 3.0-3.2V @ 20mA 
• Yellow 120-150nm; 1.8-2.0V @ 20mA 
• White 500-600nm; 3.0-3.2V @ 20mA
