12-24V Storage Battery Charger Module

Now available from PMD Way is this useful charger for 12 to 24V storage batteries - such as sealed lead-acid, motorcyle and other types of batteries. 

You can connect your own DC power supply, or DC solar feed up to 30V DC to charge the battery.

It is an easy to use and safe charger module, which allows for real-time voltage monitoring thanks to the LED display - and you can set the minimum and maximum voltage with the button controls with a 0.1V precision.

This is a slow-charging module - it feeds the battery at 1.2x voltage and 1/10th of current capacity. For example - when charging a 12V 50Ah battery, the charger sends 14.4V at 5A.

Using the charger:

1. Connect up to 30V DC 20A to the "IN" terminal blocks. Be mindful of the polarity. 
2. Connect battery to "BAT" terminal blocks, again being mindful of polarity.
3. Press and hold left button under display to set minimum voltage.
4. Press and hold left button under display to set maximum voltage
5. LED turns off when battery is charged.
