Easily experiment with vibration sensors using these modules from PMD Way. Each module has a vibration sensor along with circuitry allowing you to adjust for your required level of sensitivity. 

Simply connect 3.3~5V, GND and the output pin to whatever needs a trigger, such as a microcontroller or MOSFET input. Adjust the potentiometer on the board for sensitivity levels.
