Get the best holding performance

Magnetic attraction is concentrated in the central cylinder. For maximum holding force, use a thick, flat iron surface that fully covers the magnet’s face and makes direct contact without gaps. Actual holding force depends on the iron’s thickness, surface condition and contact area.
