Four Direction Tilt Switch with LEGO-compatible enclosure

Easily detect tilting with this four direction tilt switch with a LEGO-compatible enclosure from PMD Way, with free delivery. 

This is a more contemporary way of detecting tilting that doesn't rely on mercury-filled tilt switches that are now illegal in most areas. Instead, this board uses a sealed, SMD IC-style component that has a tiny ball bearing inside. 

When the sensor board is horizontal, the output pun is high (3~5 V DC, which is the same as the power supply to the board) and when tilted over in one of four directions, the output is low. The board also has a handy power-on LED and includes the LEGO-compatible enclosure as shown in the photos along with a short JST-PH to dupont female cable.
