HT16K33 0.54" Alphanumeric LED Display Module

Now available from PMD Way are these convenient assembled LED alphanumeric displays, with red or LEDs. They're 0.54" four digit, 14 segment LED displays that can be used to display letters, numbers or custom displays.

The best thing is that they're driven by a HT16K33 LED display controller IC, so you only need the I2C bus from your Arduino, Raspberry Pi or microcontroller, plus power and GND. Inline headers as shown are included but not soldered to the board. 

Display runs from both 5V or 3.3V DC, pinouts are +/-/I2C data "D"/I2C clock "C".

You can change I2C bus address by shorting variety of pads on rear of PCB. Use I2C scanner code to determine I2C bus, for Arduino, for Raspberry Pi.
