Use the MAX31865 board to connect to your microcontroller via SPI bus.
Sensor has three wires. Two wires (the red wires) to each side of resistor, third wire (the white wire) connected to one end of the PT100 to determine voltage differences across wires.
If your RTD amplifier only has two wires, ignore third (white) wire.
