The camera head at the end of the flat cable is tiny - and measures just under 9mm square. As you can see, the camera neatly fits into your Zero board:
The camera operates in the same manner as any other Raspberry Pi camera. The only catch is that this camera will not fit with your Zero inside the "official" Raspberry Pi Zero enclosure.
